Here are four things you can do to help sell your home this fall.

Believe it or not, fall is here. The weather is getting cooler, but that doesn't mean that the real estate market is cooling off. There are still a lot of buyers taking advantage of our interest rates, but inventory is low so that they're having trouble finding a house. You want your house to be in tip-top shape if you're looking to sell this fall. Here are four tips to do just that:

1. Cultivate your curb appeal. Too many fall decorations can hurt your curb appeal. Make sure to remove leaves from your yard.

2. Go easy on Halloween decorations. If people are touring houses with young kids, they might be scared of some of the decorations. You don't want to offend somebody with gory decorations.

3. Let natural light inside. Keep blinds and curtains open.

4. Emphasize a warm and cozy environment. Buyers make purchasing decisions based on emotions. A nice environment can help, so turn on some soft music and light a candle.
